Business Name Leasing operates a curated marketplace for premium business identities, Business Identity Licensing opportunities, BBIA™ assessments, Brand Advisor services, and related educational content.
1. BUSINESS IDENTITY LICENSING
Business Name Leasing provides access to premium business identities through licensing and acquisition opportunities.
Submission of an inquiry, appointment request, application, payment, or communication with BNL does not automatically grant rights to use any domain name, business identity, trademark, brand, or digital asset.
All licensing opportunities are subject to review, approval, availability, execution of a separate written agreement, and receipt of required payments.
2. OWNERSHIP
Unless otherwise provided in a separate written purchase agreement, all domain names, marketplace listings, business identities, and related digital assets remain the property of Business Name Leasing or its affiliated ownership entity.
A Business Identity License grants limited rights of use only and does not transfer ownership of the domain name or related digital assets.
Licensees may not transfer, assign, sell, sublicense, encumber, or otherwise dispose of any licensed identity without prior written authorization from BNL.
3. DOMAIN AVAILABILITY AND PRICING
All marketplace listings, lease rates, purchase options, BBIA™ scores, assessments, descriptions, availability, and related information are subject to change without notice.
Business Name Leasing reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, decline, or terminate any listing, inquiry, application, appointment request, or proposed transaction at its sole discretion.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use this website, any licensed business identity, or any related service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, advertising standards, privacy requirements, consumer protection laws, and industry-specific requirements associated with your business operations.
5. TRADEMARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Business Name Leasing does not guarantee that any business identity is free from trademark conflict or legal challenge.
Prospective licensees and purchasers are responsible for conducting their own legal, trademark, and business due diligence before using any domain name or business identity.
All website content, marketplace content, graphics, logos, designs, text, assessments, methodologies, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Business Name Leasing unless otherwise stated.
6. BBIA™ FRAMEWORK
BBIA™ (Business Brand Identity Assessment™) is the proprietary assessment framework developed by Business Name Leasing for evaluating business identity strength, clarity, positioning, and long-term viability.
The BBIA™ framework, methodology, scoring structure, assessment criteria, terminology, descriptions, evaluation process, and related materials are proprietary intellectual property of Business Name Leasing.
BBIA™ assessments are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not guarantee business success, market acceptance, customer acquisition, financing, search engine rankings, profitability, or legal protection.
No portion of the BBIA™ framework may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, reverse-engineered, or represented as another party’s methodology without prior written authorization from Business Name Leasing.
7. BRAND ADVISOR SERVICES
Brand Advisor consultations, recommendations, identity reviews, and strategic discussions are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing provided through a consultation should be construed as legal, tax, accounting, trademark, investment, or business formation advice.
8. DEFAULT AND TERMINATION
Business Name Leasing reserves the right to suspend, terminate, revoke, or restrict access to any licensed identity, marketplace service, consultation service, or website functionality if a user violates these Terms of Use or any applicable agreement.
Upon termination, any rights granted under an applicable agreement shall immediately cease unless otherwise specified in writing.
